Provision of Vehicles for rent

Tender Notice / Invitation to Bids
Innovative Development Organization (IDO) is a non-
profiteering, non-governmental organization. Sealed
tenders are invited from the Vendors/Suppliers having a
valid registration with Islamic Republic of Pakistan for the
following assignment:
Provision of Vehicles for rent in Balochistan for a period of 1
year with a possibility of extension for an additional year
subject to satisfactory performance and availability of funds.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Sealed tenders for complete package (partial package
will be rejected) should reach IDO Office by 10:30 AM on
17 March, 2026. Tenders will be opened at 02:00 PM
on 18 March, 2026.
2. The tender documents can be collected from IDO Office,
H# 41-A, Chaman Housing Scheme, Airport road, Quetta
from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm till 16 March, 2026,
3. A pay order/ demand draft in favor of “Innovative
Development Organization” with a value of PKR 200,000
for ITB-002, must also accompany the bid as Tender
Guarantee. Bids received without pay order / demand
draft will be rejected. Awarding of Contract/PO is subject
to availability of funds.
4. Tender Committee reserves the right to cancel/reject
any or all offers without assigning any reason.
5. The bids required should be responsive, qualified, and
eligible. Price is not the only criteria for the award of the
contract.
