Terms & Conditions: (1) The tenderer can only participate in the tender after submission of 5% of bid
security in the name of Executive Engineer Civil Works Division QESCO. () Tender Will only be issued to
those who have PEC active License 2025-26. (a) Tender will only be issued to active filler of Income Tax /
BRA. (iv) Tender will not be issued without submission of original PEC license renewal for the year 2025-26
and will not be issued without owner of firm or their authorized representative person along with Authority
letter attested from 1st class Magistrate. (v) Each tender will be received & opened as above mentioned date
& time in presence of the tender opening committee and the contractors or their representatives. (vi) The
undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders subject to the relevant provision of PPRA
rules 2004
