INVITATION TO E-BID
The General Manager & PD, Tarbela Dam Project (WAPDA), District
Haripur (Hazara), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids from
contractors and/or firms who are on Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of
FBR and having valid Sales Tax Registration No (STRN) as well as
licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category”C-6 or
above” Sub Code EE-07 (Telecommunication Installation) for
“PROVISION OF VSAT BANDWIDTH FOR MICRO SEISMIC
MONITORING SYSTEM (MSMS) OF TARBELA NETWORK”.
1. E-bidding Documents as per regulations, containing detailed
Terms and Conditions, Specifications and requirements etc.
are available for the registered bidders on EPADS at
(www.eprocure.gov.pk).
2. The Electronic Bids, must be submitted by using EPADS on or
before 16.02.2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids, shall not be
accepted. Electronic Bids will be opened on the same day at
11:30 AM, Online, in the Office of Director (C&P) Tarbela
Dam Project (WAPDA), Tehsil Ghazi District Haripur, Khyber
Pakhtunkhwa, in the presence of the bidders or designated
representatives. Single Stage One Envelope procedure shall be
followed for this procurement.
3. Each bidder shall furnish a Bid Security of PKR 50,000/- in the
form of CDR in favor of the General Manager & PD Tarbela Dam
Project (WAPDA).
