eligibility criteria, viz having registration with FBR for Income Tax and BRA and who are on Active
Taxpayers List (ATL) having registration with PEC as a Consulting Engineering Firm, and are not black
listed in any procuring agency or authority for preparation of Hiring of “Consultancy Services from
Consulting Firms” Titled as FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF SOLAR POWER
PLANTS FOR FOUR INDUSTRIAL ESTATES (LIEDA, GIEDA, QITEE, BOSTAN SEZ) IN

Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility of
Bidders: 3 Assignments of Similar Nature and Complexity Turn over of at least 16,000,000 PKR Amount
In 3 Subsequent Previous Years Presence in Active Tax Payer List BRA Registration Certificate The
bidding firm must not be currently blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan PEC/PCAD
Registration Procedure Of Procurement: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure Bid Security:
The bids must accompany Bid Security in the form of of 2 % specified above in the name of the under-
signed from a scheduled bank. The FINANCIAL PROPOSALS shall be opened of those consultants
whose technical proposal is considered and approved. The Selection of Consultants shall be made as per
Evaluation Criteria method as mentioned in the ‘Date Sheet of this “Request for Proposal” document
The incomplete request for proposal or received after due date mentioned above will not be considered.
