Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan public Procurement Rules- 2014. BASIC
ELIGIBILITY: (i) Presence in Active Taxpayer List (i) The Bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any
procuring agency of Pakistan. (iii). Balochistan Revenue Authority Registration is required. (iv) The
bidder must have completed three Assignment of similar nature of work. (v) Turnover of at least
66,500,000 PKR in three subsequent previous years showing financial capacity of the firm. (vi) Provided
CDR and Green Challan. (vii). Bidder must provide affidavit confirming no conflict of interest, not
blacklisted no major litigation nonperformance in last five years and no failure to sign contract. (viii)
Representative must provide attested power of attomey. (ix) JV is not permissible (x) On going two
similar assignment 70% of the estimated cost duly signed by related Executive Officer. METHOD OF
PROCUREMENT: Electronic Bidding. Single stage Two envelops Bidding Procedure. BIDDING/
TENDER DOCUMENTS: The bids must accompany Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee, deposit
at Call 2% from a scheduled bank in favor of “Project Implementation Unit Provision of Municipal Services
Initiative NBP Account No. 4517280692, Civil Secretariat Quetta Branch”. The NIT and complete
Bidding Document can be viewed at www.bppra.gob.pk. DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION: Bid can only be
submitted electronically latest by 31 March, 2026 till 09:30 AM through supplier dashboard on BPPRA
website. OPENING: All tenders will be opened on same day at 10:30AM on EPPS System. ADDRESS:
