HIGHWAY DIVISION RAJANPUR
E-TENDER NOTICE
The tenders for the following schemes are invited from Engineering
firms/contractors on the item rates basis, as per PPRA E-PAD Tendering System, in line with
relevant PPRA Rules (amended up to date). According to these Rules, all the firms/contractors
can participate in tendering process with following terms and conditions:-
1. The intending Contractors/Firms who have been registered with Pakistan Engineering
Council in the relevant category/codes may participate.

2. The Contractors/Firms has to be registered on Punjab PPRA
(www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk).Any information/ procedure regarding registration can be
seen/obtained from website ppra.punjab.gov.pk/e-procurement.
3. All intending contractors/ firms have to upload the earnest money in the shape of CDR (firm
name mentioned) in favour of the Executive Engineer, Highway Division, Rajanpur @2% of
the estimated/bid cost and fill rates against items of work on the same website upto half hour
before the opening date and time of opening of tender. However, original CDR has to be
submitted to the tender opening committee on the same day, half hour before the opening of
bids otherwise, the firm/ contractor will be disqualified in presence of tender opening committee.
4. After filling the bids on website, contractors may attend the office of Commissioner D.G.Khan
Division D.G.Khan on 18-03-2026 (Wednesday) at 11:00 AM, where all bids will be retrieved
and quoted rates/successful bidder will be announced in the presence of tender opening
committee.
5. In case of submission of any fake information/document such as CDR/receipt, the
Contractor/Firm will be disqualified from the current tendering procedure and will be black listed
to participate in any tendering process of C&W Department. Further recommendation to PPRA
and PEC will also be made against such firm/contractor for appropriate action/ black listing.
6. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposal at any time prior to acceptance of a Bid or
proposals under PPRA Rule-35 (Rejection of Bids).
7. Bidders must be quoted unit rates for each item in the BOQ.
8. Recovery against credit of old material will be adjusted manually and accordingly bids will be
evaluated.
9. No price variation shall be admissible in the under scheme.

response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement
on the website of the PPRA.
