Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public
Procurement Rules-2014. Eligibility of Bidders: 3 Assignments of
Similar Nature and Complexity 15,000,000 in Previous 3 Years Turn
over of at least 50,000,000 PKR in 3 Subsequent Previous Years
Presence in Active Tax Payer List Sales Tax Certificate The bidding
firm must not be currently blacklisted by any procuring agency of

evaluation the bidding firm shall be declared as in-eligible and non-

applied. This certificate should be produced inoriginal for verification
and the same should be verifiablefrom the issuer, if the procuring
