Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Arif Habib Centre, Karachi
Job Type: Full-time
We are looking for a tech savvy, highly motivated and result driven Sales Executive. The
candidate should have experience in e-commerce sales, digital lead generation, and social
media sales, with strong persuasion skills to convert potential buyers into investors. Real
estate sales experience will be a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential investors, explaining the PropertyShare concept.
•

Convert leads through digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
• Provide feedback and input for online campaigns to attract small investors.

• Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with investors.
⚫ Achieve sales targets and report progress regularly.

• Stay updated on real estate market trends to educate clients.
Requirements:

Education: Graduate (preferably in Business, Marketing, Digital Media or Finance).
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in e-commerce sales, digital marketing, lead
generation, or social media marketing. Real estate experience is a plus.
• Strong communication & persuasion abilities.
• Ability to explain financial returns & investment benefits.
