Job Title: Telesales Agent
Location: Arif Habib Centre, Karachi
Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated Telesales Agents to join our growing team
at Arif Habib Centre in Karachi. As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with
potential clients, introducing them to our PropertyShare opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce PropertyShare investment
opportunities.
Explain the benefits of PropertyShare and guide clients through the process.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction and
retention.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.
Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns.
Assist clients with any queries or concerns about PropertyShare investments.
Requirements:

Education: Graduate (preferably in Business, Sales, Marketing or Real Estate).
Proven experience in telesales (experience in real estate sales will be a plus).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle objections and stay positive under pressure.
Fluency in English and Urdu.
