Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public
Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of Bidders: Presence in
Active Tax Payer List The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any
procuring agency of Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority

Assignment of similar nature of work Turn over of at least

financial capacity of the firm Registration with Pakistan Engineering

contract (01) as contractor (not subcontract) worth 280% of this
project estimated cost. In JV, only the lead partner must meet the full
threshold; otherwise, each partner meets its share as per JV
agreement. In JV of 2 firms, bidder must attach JV Agreement. Max
of 2 JV partners are allowed with at least one holding min. 40%
share. Both partners must individually meet the eligibility criteria in
proportion to their respective JV shares. Non-performance of the
contract did not occur in the last 10 years. Details of pending
litigations (if any), to be provided. Bidders shall not have conflict of
