NOTICE OF TENDER
1. Applications are invited by the Garrison Engineer (Navy) Construction Manora
Karachi up to 09 Feb 2026 for pre-qualification of contractors/ firms. Tenders of
the following works under Garrison Engineer (Navy) Construction Manora Karachi
issued to the pre-qualified firms/contractors are required to be submitted by 1130
hours on 24 Feb 2026 and shall be opened on the same date at 1200 hours.

4. The Contractors will also furnish List of Moveable & Immoveable Assets.
Personnel/ (Skilled / Unskilled), Machinery/Equipment, Bank Statement, General
Sales Tax (GST) Registration, NTN Certificate etc.
5. Firms/Contractors not registered with Pakistan Engineering Council will not be
considered for issuance of tender documents.
6. Detail of terms and conditions is available in pre-qualification documents which
can be obtained from Garrison Engineer (Navy) Construction Manora Karachi.
