OPEN TENDER NOTICE
1. All GST/Income Tax registered firms/suppliers are invited for supply of following items to
Pakistan Navy for various PN Units. The offer for Ghee Vegetable is to be submitted in terms
of Para 36(b) of PPRA rules 2004, ie single stage two envelope procedure. Delivery of
items will be made by the firms at their own arrangements. All participating firms are
requested to attach earnest money (pay order) in favor of COMDEP welfare and
improvement fund A/C 01700103296198 (Meezan Bank) with technical quotations.
Offers without pay order will not be ontertained.

2. “Invitation to Tender forms may be collected during working hours from Office of the
Commander Depot Group (COMDEP), at Naval Stores Sub Depot, West Wharf Road
Karachi. Tender details is also visible on PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk). Tenders will be
received/closed at 10:00 AM hours and will be opened at COMDEP office at 10:30 AM
hours on above mentioned date. Interested firms/suppliers who have previous experience of
supply of above mentioned commodities may apply/contact for more details on following
