MASTER PLANNING OF FISHERFOLK COLONIES ON
BALOCHISTAN COASTLINE” TSE-252601948684

The Directorate of Fisheries, Government of Balochistan, invites
proposals through the Electronic Public Procurement System
(EPPS) from well-reputed national consulting firms for “Master
Planning of Fisherfolk Colonies on Balochistan Coastline” under
TSE-252601948684. The estimated cost of the assignment is Rs.
50.00 million, with the last date of submission as 05 February 2026
up to 12:30 PM, while bids shall be opened on the same day at 01:30
PM
Procurement shall be made strictly under the Balochistan Public
Procurement Rules, 2014 through Single Stage Two Envelope
Bidding Procedure. Eligible bidders must have at least three
assignments of similar nature and complexity, a minimum turnover of
Rs. 25.00 million during the last three consecutive years, presence
on Active Taxpayers List (ATL), valid FBR and BRA registrations,
PEC registration as Consulting Engineering Firm, relevant
experience in mapping/master planning, zoning of areas, and
risk/hazard analysis, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring
agency of Pakistan. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security
equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost in the name of the DG
Fisheries from a scheduled bank. Financial proposals of only those
consultants whose technical proposals are found responsive shall
be opened. RFP documents can be downloaded from the BPPRA
website (www.bppra.gob.pk). Incomplete proposals or those
received after the stipulated deadline shall not be considered. The
