INVITATION TO e-BID

1. The Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority,
WAPDA, represented by GMPD Diamer Basha Dam Project
WAPDA, Chilas invites electronic bids from contractors registered
with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-4 or above (along
with specialized field in CE-10) renewed for the year 2025-26 for
“Upgradation of Rural Health Center (RHC) at Shatial Town
District Upper Kohistan, KPK
2. E-bidding Document as per regulations, containing detailed.
conditions, specifications and requirements etc. are available for
the registered bidders on EPADS at (www.eprocure.gov.pk).
3. The electronic bids, must be submitted by using EPADS on or
before 30-03-2026 at 1100 hrs. Manual bids shall not be accepted.
Electronic Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 Hrs in the
presence of the bidder’s designated representatives. Single Stage
Two envelope procedure shall be followed for this procurement.
4. Each bidder shall furnish a Bid Security of PKR. 3,500,000/-
(Rupees: Three million Five hundred thousand only) in the form of a
Deposit at Call or a Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank in
Pakistan or from a foreign bank dully counter guaranteed by a
Scheduled Bank in Pakistan in favor of the General Manager/PD,
DBDP, WAPDA, Chilas. The prospective bidders shall upload
scanned copy of Bid Security on E-PADS in PDF and original Bid
security must be delivered on or before 1100 hrs dated 30.03.2026
in the office of GM/PDDBDP at Thor office Chilas, GB.
