TENDER NOTICE
The University of Haripur invites sealed bids/tenders from
qualified and reputable firms, duly registered with PEC,
AEDB. and other relevant Tax Authorities of the
Government of Pakistan, for the procurement, installation,
and commissioning of On-Grid and Hybrid Solar Systems.
1. The entire bidding process will be carried out through
the EPADS
2. The electronic bids, prepared in accordance with the
instructions provided in the bidding documents, must be
submitted through EPADS on or before February 19,
2026 at 10:00 AM The bidding documents are
available to registered bidders on EPADS at
https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/ Bids submitted through any
other means will not be accepted
3. The tender document must be submitted in the
following order: the University tender document on top.
followed by mandatory documents in sequential order,
and then any other
4. The bidder is required to attach 2% of the total bid value
(refundable) as a bank draft or call deposit in favor of the
Treasurer, The University of Haripur (attached with
financial proposal)
5. The technical bid will be opened on February 19, 2026
at 10:30 AM in the Procurement Office, The University
of Haripur The financial bid will be opened upon
completion of the technical evaluation.
6. Firms are encouraged to visit the site before submitting
their bids to ensure compliance with site requirements.
For any clarifications, they may contact the
Procurement Officer. If needed, a meeting can be
arranged upon request. Once a bid is submitted, it will
be considered final
7. The University may increase or decrease the
quantity/capacity of the system as and when required, if
necessary.
8. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any
or all bids as per KPPRA’s & PPRA’s rules.
9. Errors and omissions, if any, shall be subject to
rectification by the University.
