Reference is made to the Request for Proposal (RFP) titled “Development of National Digital
Economy Strategy”, bearing Notice No. PDA-009-26 and PID No. PID(I)-5862/25, which was
published in the daily newspapers The News, Jang, Sama (Lahore Edition), and Aaj Subh (Peshawar
Edition) on 16th January 2026, and was also uploaded on the PDA and PPRA websites. The original
deadline for submission of RFPs has been extended as follows:
