TENDER NOTICE
1. Applications for pre-qualification of contractors / firms are invited for following works by
Garrison Engineer (Army) II Malir. Tender shall be issued to the pre-qualified contractors
from 20 Feb 2026. Tender shall be received by 1130 hrs on 23 Feb 2026 and shall be
opened in the office of Garrison Engineer (Army) II Malir Cantt at 1200 hrs on the
same day. Contractors who desire may present at the same of opening of tenders.

2. Firms / contractors who are enlisted with MES in categories A, B, C, D, and E and
registered with Pakistan Engineering Council may only apply.
NOTE:
Contractors shall provide certificate that they are not involved in any type of
litigation with Government Deportment in the Court of Law and that no special report of
Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C’s Branch GHQ Rawalpindi) is outstanding
against them.
3. Firms / contractors not bome on approved list of MES will furnish a certificate along-with
their applications, giving details of works executed during last two years and those in hand
on proforma appended below:-
