FESCO TENDER NOTICE
1. Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites e-bids through Single Stage – One
Envelope bidding procedure to execute Rate Contract/Closed Framework Agreement for repair
and supply of following 100-KVA damaged transformers on “AS IS WHERE IS” basis, as per
WAPDA Specification No. DDS-84:2020 (Amended to date) without amendment No.5.
Participating firms must be Income Tax/Sales Tax registered and also WAPDA/PPMC/DISCOS
approved manufacturers / duly prequalified / registered under category M-01 for repair of
Distribution Transformers. Interested firms are requested to quote rates in local currency without
involving foreign exchange element exclusive of General Sales Tax with free pick and delivery at
consignee store (FCS) Regional Stores FESCO Faisalabad, Jhang, Sargodha & Mianwali.

2. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms & conditions and other information
etc. are available at EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Interested eligible bidders are requested to
register themselves on EPADS.
3. The electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS on or before 03-03-2026 at 11:00 AM.
E-bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in office of Director (Material
Management) FESCO Old Thermal Plant Abdullahpur Faisalabad. This advertisement is
also available on PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk and FESCO Website at www.fesco.com.pk.
4. Original Bid Security Instrument MUST be submitted in the office of undersigned before the
online submission deadline of the bid, otherwise respective bid shall not be opened.
5. Notification of GRC constituted in terms of Rule-48 of PPRA Rules 2004 is provided on EPADS.
