Tender Notice [Tender #09/2025-26]
E-Procurement Bids are invited from the firms, Authorized Distributors / Dealers / Supplier
registered with the relevant tax authorities having established credentials in terms of Technical,
Financial and Managerial Capabilities for the supply of following goods:

1. Tender documents containing details of required items complete specifications / design and
terms & conditions will be available free of cost on E-PADS website
https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk as well as PPRA website http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. and website
of the university http://www.wum.edu.pk.
2. The Last date of tender documents and submission of E-Bids is 05.03.2026 till
11:00 A.M. and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M. by the Central Purchase
Committee of the University in presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives.
3. The URL of website of PPRA is (https://eproc.punjab.gove.pk/Active Tenders.aspx) and
response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of advertisement on
the website of the PPRA.
4. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as mentioned in the table in the form of
CDR/Bank Guarantee / Demand Draft / Pay Order in favor of Treasurer the Women University.
Multan and will be submitted by the bidders in the office of the Treasurer in hard form before
opening of the technical bids.
5. Bidding Documents are immediately available after date of publication. The Women University.
Multan will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by Bidders in connection with
the preparation or delivery of Bids.
6. All the bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of opening of technical bids.
7. Single Stage Two Envelopes bidding procedure shall be adopted.
8. All the Procurement shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules
2014.
9. In case the date of opening or last date of sale of tender documents is declared as a public
holiday by the government or non-working day due to any reason, the next official working day
shall be deemed to be the date of sale, submission and opening of tenders accordingly. The
time and venue shall remain the same.
