Reference is made to the Expression of
Interest (EOI) for Pre-Qualification of
Consulting Firms regarding Third-Party
Evaluation / Validation (TPE/V) of PSDP
projects published on 04-02-2026 in The
News, Express Tribune and Jang.
The deadline for submission of bids on
EPAD is hereby extended to February
24, 2026, 2:00 PM.
In addition, the RFP has been updated in
light of the feedback received during the
pre-bid meeting and may be downloaded
from the HEC and PPRA websites, as
well as from EPAD. All other terms and
conditions shall remain unchanged.
