The Procurement shall be carried out in accordance with the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory
Authority Rules, 2014 BASIC ELIGIBILITY The Contractor must have valid Registration with Pakistan
Engineering Council in relevant category C-6 and above in relevant discipline CE 10().CE 10(VII) EE11)
EE11() EE11() and registration with tax authorities i.e. NTN, Sales Tax (where applicable) and BRA,
Relevant/similar nature work experience in 02 years, Turn over of last 02 years, Firm must not be black
listed by any procuring agency of Pakistan, Registration Certificate of Balochistan Revenue Authority.
Having NTN and Active in Tax payer list ATL, METHOD OF PROCUREMENT: Single stage – one
envelope Bidding Procedure BIDDING TENDER DOCUMENTS: Issuance: The contractors/Firms
having registered with PEC in aforementioned category in relevant discipline can obtained the bidding
documents from the address mentioned below on production of green challah for an amount mentioned
above (non-refundable) deposited in the head of account C-02706 in Govt. Treasury through National
Bank of Pakistan OR may be downloaded from website of BPPRA wef: the date of publication of this
invitation on the website of BPPRA. The contractor/firm who obtain bidding documents by downloading
from BPPRA website will also be required to produce deposited green challah of above mentioned fee.
The documents if requested by mail will be promptly dispatched by registered mail for which cost of mail
will be bom by the applicant, however under no circumstances the Procuring Agency will be held
responsible for late delivery or loss of documents so mailed. Eamest money as money as mentioned
above should be submitted should be submitted in the form of Deposit at Call or Bank Guaranty from a
scheduled Bank. DEAD LINE OF SUBMISSION: The Bidding documents duly filled and attached with
copies of supporting documents must be delivered in sealed cover / envelope by hand or through
registered mail to the address mentioned below on or before 12-02-2026 up to 13.00 hours OPENING:
The tender documents will be opened on 12-02-2026 14.00 hours, before Procurement Committee in the
presence of contractors or their authorized representatives who may care to be present. PLACE OF
