NOTICE FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION
OF Fabricators
People Steel Mills intends to pre-qualify
fabricators/Joint Venture firms for the following
work at People Steel Mills – Karachi:
“Fabrication of laddle and De dusting unit”
Requirements for Purchase of Pre-qualification
Documents:
. Valid Pakistan Engineering Council Certificate
in C-3 or Above Category
NTN Certificate
. SRB Certificate
Documentary Evidence of Specific Works
Experience ie Fabrication of ladle furnaces/
Industrial Project fabrication work (Work
Orders / Completion Certificate) Completed in
Last 5 Years.
Documentary Evidence of specific work
Experience i.e Fabrication of De dusting
unit/Industrial Project Fabrication work(Work
order/Completion certificate) completed in last
5 years
Design of laddle and De dusting unit will be
provided by PSM.
Firms fulfilling the above requirements may obtain
the Pre-qualification documents, containing
specifications and Terms & Conditions on
payment of Rs.1,000/= (Rupees One Thousand,
only). (Non-refundable) against each set of
documents, through Pay Order/Demand Draft in
favor of M/s. Peoples Steel Mills Ltd, Karachi,
against a written request on their Company’s
letterhead w.e.f 2nd February 2026 to 15th FEB,
2026 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Firms /
contractors wishing to receive documents
through courier must add extra Rs.100/- in the
shape of Pay Order/Demand Draft.

Pre-qualification applications must be submitted
by 15th Feb 2026 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. to
