NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) DHQ Teaching Hospital D.I.Khan was established under Khyber
Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reforms Act, 2015 to improve performance, enhance
effectiveness, efficiency and responsiveness for the provision of quality healthcare services to the
people of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Bid Solicitation Document can be downloaded from EPADS (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk), after
publication of this advertisement in the newspaper till last date for submission of Bid. The
advertisement may also be downloaded from www.kppra.gov.pk website.
Interested, eligible bidders, who want to participate in the bidding shall register with the EPADS
to obtain their unique user’s name and password.
Pre-Bid Meeting shall be convened on 10-02-2026 at 11:00 in Procurement office of
DHQ Teaching Hospital D.I.Khan, wherein any queries related to the bidding
documents shall be addressed.
The interested bidders shall submit bid (s) by uploading scan copy of bid(s) on EPADS on or
before the deadline mentioned above. The bidders shall upload all the relevant/mandatory
documents alongwith the bid security on the EPADS. Bids received through by
hand/Post/Courier; E-mail/Fax shall NOT be accepted.
The bidders are required to submit only bid security (in original) and physical from in the form of
Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of “MTI DHQ TH D.I.Khan”.
Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all the bids as per provisions contained
in Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014
