Bidders for supply of following items. TSE-252602970591 Only

Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public
Procurement Rules-2014. Eligibility of Bidders: 3Assignments of
Similar Nature and Complexity 30,000,000 in Previous 3 Years Turn
over of at least 150,000,000 PKR in 5 Subsequent Previous Years
Presence in Active Tax Payer List Sales Tax Certificate The bidding

Proof of such authorization signed and stamped, on Manufacturer’s
Letter Head for participating in this tender may be applied. This
certificate should be produced in original for verification and the
same should be verifiable from the issuer, if the procuring agency
needs such verification at any time The model quoted should be the
latest version available from the OEM, ensuring that spare parts and
technical support remain available for at least 8-10 years from the
date of supply. Obsolete, refurbished, or end-of-life models shall not
be accepted. ISO Certification,13485/ 9001/14971/10993/62304
/15189 60601 or relevant ISO Certificate Local presence for repair
and maintenance in a timely manner The bidder shall submit
complete original manufacturer’s catalogue/brochure and technical
datasheet of the offered equipment. All offered specifications must
be clearly highlighted in the brochure. A duly signed and stamped
item-wise compliance sheet on bidder’s letterhead shall be
submitted. Procedure Of Procurement:Single Stage Two
Envelope Bidding Procedure Bid Security: The bids must
accompany Bid Security in the form of Bank Gurantee,Deposit at
Call of 2% specified above in the name of the under-signed from a
scheduled bank. Tender Documents: The NIT & Bidding Document
