NOTICE INVITING TENDER
Liaquat University of Medical & Health Sciences Jamshoro invites
bids electronically through EPADS on “Single Stage Two Envelope
Procedure” from well reputed Firms/Companies registered with Valid
Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-3 or
above and discipline CE-09, CE-10 & EE-04, EE-06 and valid registration
with Tax Authorities (FBR & SRB) and valid Electrical license issued by
the Govt. of Sindh for Hyderabad / Jamshoro Region to carry out the
following works for LUMHS Jamshoro.

1. Construction of Institute 28-01-2026

Jamshoro.
Qualification:
i. Experience in similar nature of works executed during the last five
years (a) at least one similar nature of work having the minimum
cost of 80% of the estimated cost of the work or (b) at least two
similar nature of work each having the minimum cost of 50% of
estimated cost. Also, submit the satisfactory performing certificate
of the work orders/completion certificates issued by the procuring
agency.
ii. Detail of office, equipment and machineries/transport owned /
leased/hired by firm / bidders.
iii. Financial Statement and Income Tax Return for Last 05 years
supported by audit reports.
iv. Undertaking on Affidavit that the Firm is not involved in any
litigation and black listed in any Department.
v. Technical Proposal will be opened as mentioned above schedule
in the presence of Committee Members & representative of
Bidders who wish to attend and the Financial Proposal of only
Technically qualified bidders will be opened.
Bidding documents can be obtained and shall be submitted through EPADS
as per above mentioned schedule; details are mentioned in the tender/bidding
documents. Bidding documents containing detailed terms & conditions can
be downloaded from EPADS https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/LUMHS
website i.e. www.lumhs.edu.pk. Bid Security @5% of Bid Cost in the
shape of pay order/demand draft (refundable to un-successful bidders) in
favour of Vice Chancellor, LUMHS Jamshoro.
The Procuring Agency may reject any bid subject to relevant provision of
SPP rules 2010 and may cancel the bidding process at any time prior of
acceptance of bid or proposal as per SPPRA rules (Amended Up-to date).
