OPEN AUCTION NOTICE FOR LEASING OF SHOPS
All & sundry is informed that Estate Office Karachi, Government of Pakistan under Ministry of Housing &
Works desires for auctioning of shops as per “Shop Rental Auction Policy 2017 (as Amended in 2023)”
initially for a period of three years on monthly rental basis under supervision of auction committee at Office
of the Deputy Director, Estate Office Karachi, on 12th & 13th March 2026 at 11:30 AM. Before participation
the participants will submit Rs. 30,000/- as token money which will be refundable to unsuccessful and
adjustable for the successful bidders. Above payment should be made in favor of “Drawing & Disbursing
Officer, Estate Office Karachi” in shape of pay order or demand draft payable in Karachi. Estate Office
employees/contractor are not entitled to participate in the auction.

NOTE:
1. Open auction will be conducted on 12th & 13th March 2026 at 11:30 AM at Estate Office Karachi at 11:30AM.
2. Estate Office Management Karachi has the right to reject all or any bid without assigning reason.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Bidder will submit the copy of his/her CNIC to auction committee.
2. Bidding documents must be delivered to the address below at or before 11:00 AM Hours on 12th & 13th March
2026 at 11:30 AM. Late bids shall be rejected. The auction shall be started on the same date on 12th & 13th
March 2026 at 11:30 AM Hours in the presence of Bidders or their authorized representative who will like to
be present.
3. The successful bidder shall pay advance rent of one year within 10 days of the approval of auctioned shops
and shall strictly bound to the TORS of lease agreement.
4. Estate Office Management will not be responsible of any cost or expenses incurred by Bidders about the
preparation or delivery of Bids.
5. Bidding documents containing details of Auction & documents are available on the following address during
office time 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM on payment of Rs. 1000/-(non-refundable).
