DESIGN, FINANCE, BUILD, OPERATE AND TRANSFER OF
THORITY
KARACHI PORT TO QAYUMABAD CORRIDOR PROJECT UNDER PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP MODE
Reference: Invitation for Bids bearing reference number LGD-KDA/PROC-KPQC/2024-25 dated November 30, 2025, issued by Karachi
Development Authority (‘Agency’) inviting Interested Parties to participate in the Tender Procedure and submit Bids for the Project in accordance
with the requirements of RFP, including Applicable Evaluation Documents (SPPRA EPADS Tender No. EPADS-S-25120636624).
Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meaning given to them in the RFP.
Pursuant to the written requests from Interested Parties for clarification of the RFP, the Agency shall issue: (i) an addendum to the RFP
(‘Addendum Document No. I’), and (ii) responses to Interested Parties’ queries (‘Response Document No. I’), each accessible with
effect from February 18, 2026, via the websites of the Agency, SPPRA EPADS, and PPP Unit.
Additionally, the Agency, pursuant to the Interested Parties written requests to extend the Bid Submission Deadline, after due
consideration, has extended the schedule for submission and opening of Bids as under:
Bid Submission Deadline
March 9, 2026, at 13:30 hours (PST)
Opening of Technical Proposals
March 9, 2026, at 14:00 hours (PST)
In the event of a public holiday announced by the Government or due to any unavoidable circumstances on the Bids Submission Deadline, the
Bids (including the Bid Security) will be received and opened on next consecutive Business Day at the same time and venue originally specified.
All other terms and conditions set out in the RFP, except those mentioned in Addendum Document No. I, shall remain the same.
