With reference to IPL no 518 dated 12 and 13-January-2026, Published on PPRA website.
The following clause at Sr no 03 and 09 is hereby replaced with as under.
03-Only contractors/firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with the specialization
code CE-04 and registered in category C-4 for works at serial no 1, 2 and 4, and category C-6 at least
for work at serial no 3 in addition to registration on the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA)
are eligible to participate in the tendering process.
09-After uploading the bids on the EPADS website, the participating firms/contractors shall have to attend
the office of the Executive Engineer, Pasrur Link Division, DC Road Sialkot, on 04.02.2026 at 12:30
PM, where all the bids will be retrieved and the quoted rates of responsive bidders will be announced
by the Tender Opening Committee in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representative.
All other works, terms, conditions will remain same.
