Issuance of Tender Documents:
Interested firms/suppliers may obtain tender documents (Mon-Fri, 09:00 am to 03:45pm) from our office located at Plot # 173,
ST # 26, DHA Phase-Vill, Karachi by submitting an application on their letterhead along with Pay Order of Rs.3000/- (Non-refundable) in favour of
“Account Officer P.O.BOX 1138, Islamabad up to 16 February 2026. Cheque and cash will not be acceptable. Copy of GST/NTN registration
certificate should be attached with the request.
The supplier should quote the rates taking into account the free delivery anywhere in Karachi. The supplier should clearly mention that the quoted
amount is inclusive exclusive of GST/SED. The validity of the offer should be at least 90 days starting from the date of bid opening. The tender will
be opened at our office, in presence of the bidders or their representatives. All quotations should be clearly typed (without any cutting, over writing &
erasing). Earnest money in the form of bank draft/pay order/deposit equivalent to 02% of the total quoted value should be submitted along with
the quotations, otherwise quotations will not be accepted. Earnest money in the form of cheque and cash will not be accepted. While releasing
payment to the qualified suppliers, income tax and GST will be deducted from the bill amount as per prevailing rules of government of Pakistan. The
competent authority reserves the right to accept any quotation either in whole or part thereof, or cancel/reject the tender on technical grounds.
