National Electronics Complex of Pakistan invites sealed bids through Single Stage One Envelope Procedure from
manufacturers/suppliers in Pakistan registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Department for the supply of following items
for the FY 2025-2026.

Interested eligible bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents containing detailed terms & Conditions and
specifications of above-mentioned items from the office of the undersigned on submission of written request on Firm’s
letter head along with payment of tender fee (non-refundable) between 1000 hrs to 1400 hrs on working days. Invitation for
bids is also available on www.ppra.org.pk. Bids must accompany the earnest money @ 1% of the total bid value in the
name of National Electronics Complex of Pakistan in the shape of Pay order/Demand Draft/Call deposit.
Pre-Bid meeting to answer Bidder’s queries, if any will be held on 17-03-2026 at 1100 hrs at NECOP HQ with
technical Reps to avoid complexity at later stage. All interested bidders must forward copies of CNIC of
participating individuals and vehicle details latest by 13-03-2026 before 13:00 hrs at below mentioned email
address.
The bidders are requested to give their best and final prices as no negotiations on the prices are allowed. The Purchaser
reserves the right to accept/reject any or all tenders (in part or whole) as per PPRA 2004.
