REQUEST FOR
PROPOSAL (RFP)
An International Organization invites proposals from eligible and
authorized service providers/suppliers for the provision of
comprehensive Warranty Extension/ Maintenance Support for five
(US) complete units of Delft Light Ultraportable X-ray Machine and
CAD4TB systems, manufactured by Delft Imaging Systems,
Netherlands. These units are currently deployed for TB screening
activities through Mobile TB Vans across various districts of Sindh
Province, Pakistan
Interested firms/suppliers duly authorized by Delft Imaging Systems
for operations in Pakistan and possessing valid NTN and GST
registration are requested to submit their most competitive proposals
in accordance with the instructions, terms, and conditions outlined in
the RFP document
Proposals must be submitted in hard copy in closed envelope via
courier to the address specified in the RFP document not later than
March 27, 2026 Proposals submitted by email or after the
submission deadline will not be considered
The RFP NO: IHSS-SD-Proc-02-2026-0240 with the subject title
Request for Proposals Warranty Extension with all parts and
services for Dell Light Ultraportable X-ray Machines and CAD4TB
