2. WATER AND POWER DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY through Resident Engineer Power Station
WAPDA, Mangla invites electronic bids from the original manufacturer / authorized distributors/
suppliers/contractors/service providers, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and
on active Tax payer list (ATL) of FBR will be eligible for participating/obtaining e-bidding documents for
supply of following items of Mangla Power Station.

3. E bidding documents as per regulations, containing detail terms and conditions, specifications and
requirements etc. are available for the registered bidders on EPADS at (www.eprocure.gov.pk). This
advertisement is also available on WAPDA and PPRA Websites.

The electronic bids, must be submitted by using EPADS on or before 1130Hrs on the date mentioned
against it, manual bids, shall be not accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 1200
Hrs, in the office of the Resident Engineer, Power Station Mangla. Single Stage One Envelope
procedure shall be followed for this procurement
5. Prospective Bidder may seek clarification (if required) on bidding documents prior to three days closing
Ideadline of respective bid.
6. Bidder shall furnish the bid security for an amount as mentioned above, in the form of CDR / Bank
Guarantee / Pay Order in the favour of Resident Engineer, Power Station Mangla. Bid security in
original must reach in the office of RE HPS Mangla before bid dosing time.
7. The procuring agency may reject all bids at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid as per PPRA Rule-
33.
