DIRECTORETE GENERAL HEALTH SERVICES, KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA
FRAMEWORK CONTRACT FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF ANTI-MALARIAL,
ANTI-DENGUE AND LEISHMANIASIS ITEMS FOR THE FY 2025-26
1. In compliance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement
Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Act, 2012 and KPPRA Rules, 2014,
Vector-borne diseases (VBDs), DHGS, Govt of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
Peshawar invites bids through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal Systems
(EPADS) under National Competitive Bidding from Manufacturers
and/or Importers and/or authorized agents for Framework Contract for
the Procurement of Anti-Malarial, Anti-Dengue and Leishmaniasis Items
for the FY 2025-26.
2. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope
Bidding Procedure, as per KPPRA Act 2012 and Rules framed there
under. The bidders shall submit a scanned PDF file duly uploaded
through EPADS. No hard copy of the bid will be accepted.
3. The Bidding Documents can be downloaded from the following official
websites:, www.healthkp.gov.pk, www.kppra.gov.pk and
https://portalkp.eprocure.gov.pk.
4. Pre-Bid Meeting/Conference with the interested bidders will be held on
Wednesday, 11th March 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in the Committee Room of
the Director Public Health, Director General Health Service, Peshawar,
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Prospective bidders shall thoroughly study the
Bid Solicitation Documents before the Pre-Bid meeting/conference and
bring their queries / suggestions to the forum for
clarification/understanding. The same shall also be submitted in written
form.
5. Interested Bidders must upload their bids on EPADS before 10:30 AM,
Thursday, 19th March 2026 which will be opened on the same day at
11:00 a.m. in the presence of those bidders or their representatives, who
choose to attend the process.
6. The Bids shall be submitted through EPADS. The original Bid Security,
issued in the name of the undersigned from the bank account of the
prospective bidder, must be enclosed in the sealed envelope and
submitted at the time of Bid Opening.
7. Bidders are required to submit unit price of the quoted items on format as
prescribed in Bid Solicitation Documents (BSDs). Quotation with hand
written, cutting and over writing shall not be accepted to the extent of that
particular quoted item.
8. Bidders are required to offer the most competitive prices as per
prevailing market rates of their items, in case of single complying bid the
negotiations on quoted rates shall be carried out under rule 42A of
KPPRA Rules 2014.
9. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all the bids as per
provisions contained in Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.
