The Principal D.G. Khan Medical College D.G. Khan are invites E-Bids from “PROCUREMENT OF
MEDICAL EQUIPMENT” for the year 2025-26. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this budget
will be applied to eligible payments for supply of following item:

Note: Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on 09.03.2026 at 11:00 PM in the committee room of D.G
Khan Medical College, DGK regarding BOQ finalization and site visit.
1. Principal D.G. Khan Medical College D.G. Khan, invites E-bids through E- Procurement (EPADS)
under PPRA Rules, for the supply of above mentioned item from Original Manufacturers / Authorized Sole
Agents.
2. Bidding shall be conducted through E-Procurement (Open Competitive Bidding Single Stage Two
Envelop) procedure as specified in the Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 (as amended to date) and is open to all
eligible bidders as defined in the bidding document.
3. Interested and registered eligible bidders on E-PADS may obtain bidding documents from E- PADS and
PPRA Website.
4. E-bids must be submitted through E-Procurement (EPADS) on or before Dated 26.03.2026 till 12:00
pm. Proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Security as mentioned above (please see bidding documents) in
the form of Demand Draft, Pay Order or Call at Deposit duly issued from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan.
5. E-bids will be opened on Dated 26.03.2026 at 12:30 pm in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
If bid closing/opening date falls on local/national holiday, the date of bid closing/opening shall be the next
working day on the same time and venue.
6. The bidders are required to give their best and final prices (inclusive of all applicable Taxes) as no
negotiations are expected.
7. Bids not complying with the requirements shall be rejected being non-responsive. Alternate proposals and / or
conditional bids shall be considered non-responsive.
8. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates
must be provided with the Bid.
9. Bids which are incomplete, not E-bids through EPADS, not signed and/or not stamped,
late, not downloaded from E-Pad or submitted by other than specified mode will be rejected.
10. The contract shall be awarded to the lowest technically evaluated bidder.
11. This advertisement and bidding documents are also available on E-PADS, PPRA website and
Departmental Website as well.
12. The URL of the website of the PPRA is (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/View Tender.aspx) and response
time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the website of the
PPRA.
Note: The firm will submit the bid with proper page number, check list & table of content. All pages
must be signed and stamped by the firm, incomplete or unfilled/vague bids will not be entertained.
