1. Sealed bids are Invited on E-PADs only for the Procurement and Installation
of indoor video wall SMD screen size 20×10 ft in the Ibn Sina Auditorium at
Bahria University Health Sciences Campus, Karachi from GST Registered

2. Details of Specifications and scope of work are given in the tender
documents, which can be Download from E-PADS or can be purchased on
submission of a written Application on firm’s letter head (with mentioned No
of Tender Documents) upon payment of Rs. 1,200/- Cash Non Refundable.

Sunday and Public Holidays.
3. Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding procedure shall applying as per PPRA
Rules 2004, Sealed bids accordance with instructions given in the Tender
documents must be uploaded on or before 27-March-2026 by 1100 hours.
Hard Copy uploaded document and bid security (in original) be
deposited in Bahria University Procurement Office, Room No. 69, Bahria
University Health Somos Campus Karachi before 27-March-2026.
Technical bids will opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence
of the bidders their authorized representatives, who are choose to be
submitted in shape of pay order in favor of Bahria University Medical and
Dental College”. NTN No 2132767-0 and STRN No. 0701999979937.
4. The bidders are requested to give their best and final prices inclusive of all
applicable taxes (mentioned separately), transportation and installation etc.
Bahria University Health Sciences Campus Karachi may reject all bids!
proposals at any time prior to the acceptance by invoke Rule 33 of
PPRA-2004. but is not required to justify those grounds.
