1. The infrastructure Development Authority Punjab’ IDAP (Employer) has been
established as an Autonomous body under the Infrastructure Development Authority of
Punjab Act, 2016 by the Government of Punjab for planning, designing, construction and
maintenance of Infrastructure in line with best international practices to cope with future
development needs.
2. The scope of work to be performed consists construction of buildings and infrastructure
development, and for execution of these works deployment of all necessary Material, Labor
(s). Formwork, Tools & Machinery.

4. Please note that the subject procurement shall be carried out through EPADS of Punjab
Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) only. All interested applicants are required to
register on EPADS to be eligible for participation. PQ Document/ PQ Notice containing
detailed requirements, terms and conditions is available for the registered bidders on EPADS
of http:/punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA)
Website http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/Viewfender.aspx. The response time shall be
calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the website of
the Authority (PPRA).
5. The PQ Proposal prepared following the instructions in the Pre-Qualification document.
must be submitted on EPADS on or before 12 March 2026, no later than 11:00 AM.
Prequalification Proposals will be opened on the same day on EPADS at 11:30 AM: Manual
Proposals shall not be accepted.
6. In case, the last date for submission of the Proposal is declared a public holiday then the
next working day will be considered for Proposal submission & opening.
