Hiring of Contractors for Canteen and
Transportation Services
Bid No. 149/KTDMC/2025-26
1. Karachi Tools, Dies and Moulds Centre (hereinafter called
“KTDMC”) is a company limited by guarantee having share
capital, registered under section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017.
The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Pakistan Industrial
Development Corporation (Private) Limited (PIDC).
2. KTDMC invites electronic Bids (e-Bids) from eligible bidders /
applicants (Service-providers / Contractors), registered with
Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active
Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for provision of
Hiring of Contractors for Canteen and Transportation Services
3. E-bidding documents as per regulations, containing detailed
terms and conditions, bid security, required specifications etc..
are available for the registered bidders on EPADS at
https://eprocure.gov.pk.
4. Interested bidders may also purchase the bidding documents
from KTDMC at a price of PKR 1,000/- (non-refundable tender
document fee), payable through a pay order issued by a
scheduled bank in Pakistan in favor of “Karachi Tools, Dies &
Moulds Centre”. The bidding documents can also be downloaded
free of cost from www.ktdmc.com and this advertisement is also
available on PPRA website at www.ppra.gov.pk or
www.epms.ppra.gov.pk
5. Electronic bids prepared in accordance with the instruction.
provided in tender documents must be submitted by using
EPADS on or before 12 March, 2026 at 10:30am.
6. The scanned copy of Bid Security should be uploaded via EPADS,
while the original must be sent to the KTDMC Purchase
Department at the address provided below. It is mandatory that
the original Bid Security is received before the bid submission
deadline. Non-receipt of original bid security before the bid
submission deadline will lead to Rejection of Bid.
7. The Bids will be opened publically on the same day at 11:00am
by using EPADS, thereafter in public and in the presence of
bidders representatives who choose to attend in the opening at
the address given below:
