CONSTRUCTION OF KENNEL CLUB AT SECTOR-C
PRISM PHASE-IX DHA LAHORE
1. DHA Lahore intends to undertake “Construction of Kennel Club at
Sector-C Prism Phase-IX DHA Lahore” with completion time of
9 months.
2. Estimated Cost of the Project Rs 66 Million.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. 2% bid security of quoted amount along with bid, in shape of CDR
/ Pay Order / Bank Guarantee from Schedule Bank of Pakistan
drawn in the favour of Defence Housing Authority, Lahore.
2. Scope of work including but not limited to Civil, Plumbing, Electric
& Boundary Wall Works etc.

Sealed bids on single stage single envelope procedures are invited
from interested DHA Lahore registered firms (in case of joint
venture (JV) both firms must be registered with DHA Lahore in
independent capacity) having relevant experience of carrying out
similar works and valid PEC license for the year 2025/2026 in
category C-4 & above with specialization code(s) of CE-09 & CE-10.
4. Any bid quoting an amount beyond the bidder’s valid PEC financial
limit and relevant category, shall be declared non-responsive and
rejected.
5. Bidding documents can be obtained from 16th Mar 2026 to 31 Mar
2026 from the address as given below on payment of Rs 10,000 per
set of prescribed Bid Documents Fee (non-refundable) and on
production of following documents: –

a. Firms written request for purchase of tender documents.
b. Firms representative authority letter for collection of tender
documents.

Provision of valid PEC certificate and valid DHA Lahore
registration certificate.
d. Provision of proof for execution of work in similar amount/
nature (complete in last three years/in-hand) with other
relevant documents (WO’s, CA’s, Completion Certificate).
e. Provision of NTN, active tax payer proof, no-litigation & bank
account maintenance certificate.
Pre-bid meeting with respect to the subject project will be held at
“3rd Floor Conference Room Main Office Complex Sector-A,
Phase-VI DHA Lahore” on date mentioned in tender documents.
Sealed Bid (One Original and Two Copies) should be delivered at
“3rd Floor Conference Room Main Office Complex Sector-A,
Phase-VI DHA Lahore” on 02 Apr 2026 by 1100 hours. Bids will be
opened on the same day at 1145 hours in presence of bidders’ of
authorized representatives who wish to attend.
8. Bids should be inclusive of all taxes & duties. In case of abnormally
low rates, additional performance security may be demanded.
9. DHA Lahore reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids
without assigning any reason or suffering any liability thereof.
10. Award of Contract will be decided after scrutiny / evaluation of
complete bid keeping in perspective best suitability of the same as
determined by the Authority. Final decision will be communicated
accordingly.
