The Assistant Director Local Government & Rural Development
Department Kachhi has invited the sealed tender as per Composite
Schedule of Rates 2023 Government of Balochistan from the
interested firms/ contractors of following work:

The Procurement shall be carried out in accordance with
Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014,
BASIC ELIGIBITY: The Firms must have valid registration with
Pakistan Engineering Council who also has deposited case for
renewal (2025-26) in relevant Category, and registration with tax
authorities i.c. (NTN and BRA), including similar nature work
experiences & Bank Statement (Tumover). Firms (Single Entity)
having valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in
the Category C-5 or above with relevant specialization code. Valid
Registration with Income Tax with active tax payer list (ATLS) Valid
Registration with Income BRA with active tax payer list (ATLS) Other
Mandatory conditions and Detail Marking Criteria mentioned in the
Bidding Documents. METHOD OF PROCUREMENT: Single Stage-
Two Envelope procedure. ISSUANCE: The Firms can obtain the
bidding Documents from the office of the Assistant Director Local
Government & Rural Development Department Kachhi upon
payment (nonrefundable) bidding document fee Rs. 2000/- each
tender mentioned above deposited in government treasury under
head C-03870 through Green Challan Form in National Bank of
Pakistan(NBP)..(The NIT & Bidding Document can also be
downloaded from www.bppra.org.pk. Bid Security: The bids must
accompany Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee, Deposit or
Call deposit of 3% specified above in the name of the under-signed
from a scheduled bank. Tender Documents: The NIT & Bidding
Document can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.org.pk.
Issuance of tender Documents: Complete Bidding Document can
be viewed at www.bppra.org.pk. Last Date of bid submission: Bid
can only be submitted electronically latest by 18 March, 2026 till
10:00 AM through supplier dashboard. Tender opening: All
tenders will be opened on same day at 11:00 AM on EPPS System.
