Applications are invited to fill up the following vacant posts at the Sindh High Court from the candidates, having
Domicile of Sindh and fulfilling the requirements mentioned against each post, the appointees will be liable to
serve all over Sindh i.e. Principal Seat, Bench and Circuit Courts of this Court, where such posts are available.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Minimum Qualification
1. Graduate from HEC recognized University.
2. Applicant should have relevant experience of protocoll
duties in Government Department or Semi Government or
reputed private organization.
3. Applicant should possess his own conveyance for protocol
and other miscellaneous duties.
4. Age between 21 to 32 years.
5. Employees of High Court/Government of Sindh/
Government of Pakistan with a relevant experience
certificate of protocol issued by competent authority are
eligible to apply with an upper age limit of 40 years
(relaxation may be granted in deserving cases).
1. Graduate from HEC recognized University.
2. Shorthand Speed 100 words per minute & Typing Speed
45 words per minute (Must have Certificate).
3. Computer Literate / Expertise in MS Office (Must have
Certification).
4. Age between 18-28 years.
5. Stenographers of District Courts with experience as PA to a
Judge or PA to Officer in the High Court of Sindh are
eligible to apply, with a maximum age limit of 45 years (age
relaxation may be granted in speciall cases).
1. Graduate from HEC recognized University.
2. 15 years’ experience in the relevant field OR retired Army
Officer (Major) with sufficient experience in the relevant
field. Domicile of Sindh province.
3. Age between 21 to 50 years.
4. Preference be given to retired personnel of armed forces;
with experience in designing and implementing security
protocols.
1. Interested candidates must submit their applications online through the STS Portal: https://apply.sts.net.pk (Manual
applications shall not be accepted.)
2. Candidates must upload their CNIC (front and back), domicile, PRC/Form-D, a recent photograph, and all academic
documents including percentage/marksheet from the respective university, experience certificate/Letter, NOC (for
government servant, who apply through proper channel). Additionally, any required certifications must also be
uploaded to the STS portal when applying online.
3. After completing the online application, candidates can download a system-generated challan of Rs. 1500/= (Rupees
Fifteen Hundred Only). The challan can be paid at any ABL Bank Ltd. branch or via the My ABL app. Alternatively,
candidates may use the 1Bill reference number to pay through the internet banking portal of any 1Bill-linked bank.
(This fee is non-refundable)
4. Candidates are advised to use only their original mobile number in the online application form and refrain from
providing numbers that have been converted to another network.
5. The date, time & venue shall be intimated later through an SMS alert. Further, all updates and notifications about the
test dates, admit slips, result announcements or any other information shall be uploaded on the STS website/portal
as well. In this regard, candidates must visit the portal/website from time to time.
6. Five percent (5%) quota is reserved for disabled candidates, they shall furnish Disability Certificate issued from the
Social Welfare Department, Government of Sindh.
7. The Employees of this Court may apply irrespective of age limit.
8. In case of any objection during the scrutiny process, candidates will be notified via SMS and are advised to regularly
check SMS messages and online portal account. A period of three (03) days shall be given to resolve the objection.
Failure to comply within this timeframe will result in rejection of the application form.
9. No queries will be entertained within Two (02) weeks prior to the scheduled MCQs-based written test.
10. Candidates applying for more than one position must fill out a separate application form and pay a separate challan
for each post.
11. No documents shall be accepted if the Issuance date of the document is after the closing date of the advertisement.
12. Providing fictitious, exaggerated or misleading information shall result in rejection of applications & can lead to
termination of employment at any stage.
13. Candidates already serving in the government who meet the eligibility criteria may also apply through the proper
channel, maximum age limit for Government Servants applying through proper channel is 35 years.
14. The candidates at the time of interview should bring their original documents.
15. The decision of the Selection Board shall be final.
16. The above posts may be increased or decreased in number.
17. No TA/DA will be provided for the test or interview.
18. All tests will be conducted at the designated test center in Karachi.
19. Last date of submission of application is May 04, 2026.
