⚫Master’s in Business Administration,
Finance, Public Administration, or
equivalent from an HEC-recognized
reputable institution.
• Additional certifications in corporate
govemance, public policy, international
taxation, or executive leadership will be
an added advantage.
Objective
The Managing Director (MD) will be
responsible for providing visionary
Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership, strategic oversight, and
executive management of the
professional experience.
Company’s domestic and international
investment portfolio.
• At least 3-5 years in a C-level or
equivalent senior executive leadership role.
Prior experience in a Public Sector
Enterprise (PSE). statutory body,
govemment-owned entity, or a large
organization
significant
with
government interface.
⚫ Demonstrated experience managing
overseas operations or international
assets (preferably in North America
and/or Europe).
The MD will safeguard and enhance
the value of state-owned assets,
particularly international hospitality
and commercial investments, while
ensuring compliance with Government
of Pakistan policies, public sector
governance standards, and
international regulatory requirements.
The role requires an experienced

restructuring, asset optimization, with substantial exposure to
financial turnaround, and stakeholder
alignment.
