Employment Type
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college
/ institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan
Candidate having a Bachler’s and / or Master’s degree (recognized by the HEC of
Pakistan) in Computer Science and/or Software Engineering and/or Data
Sciences would be preferred
Minimum 06 years of experience as a Software Developer and / or Application
Developer, preferably in .Net
Strong analytical and technical skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
Sound understanding of products & services offered in Digital Banking
Through understanding the needs of local and regional clients as well as digital
banking regulations, governance and compliance framework etc.
To design, develop, and maintain web applications, and integrations using .NET
(C#) and related technologies
To implement data storage solutions (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) and optimize
database performance
To provide technical leadership within development teams. Must be self-motivated
and able to work in a collaborative environment with limited supervision
To design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
To manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
To ensure the best possible performance and quality of applications developed in-
house
To identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address
these issues
To help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
To develop and manage test plans, including User Acceptance Test, Regression
Test and Stress Test
To coordinate for business requirement, view in system development, integration
& implementation phases
To collaborate with internal teams to produce high quality software design and
architecture
To develop and maintain responsive web interfaces using modern frontend
technologies and frameworks
To develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle
To perform any other assignments as assigned by the supervisor(s)

The employment will be on contractual basis, for three years which may be renewed
on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation
