Ensure high availability, performance,
scalability and operational stability of
core insurance applications
Lead design, development,
customization and enhancement of
core Life & Health Insurance systems
Manage end-to-end application
lifecycle including requirements
analysis, development, testing.
deployment and production support
Oversee development using
Oracle/Microsoft Database, PL/SQL,
Oracle APEX/Microsoft Azure, BI
Reports and third-party integration
Collaborate with business stakeholders
to translate insurance requirements
into secure, scalable, and high-
performance solutions
Ensure application security, data
integrity, and compliance with
insurance regulatory and audit
requirements
Manage application operations
including incident management, root
cause analysis, performance tuning
and continuous improvement
Security of enterprise network
infrastructure including LAN, WAN.
WLAN and data center / cloud
networks
Design, implement, and manage
network security architecture including
Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, NAC, and
secure remote access solutions
Oversee Information Security
operations, including implementation of
cybersecurity controls, vulnerability
management, incident response, and
security monitoring
Manage Identity and Access
Management (IAM) systems, including
Microsoft Active Directory (AD), Group
Policies, privileged access, and secure
authentication mechanisms
Ensure compliance with corporate
security policies, industry standards,
and regulatory requirements
Lead disaster recovery, business
continuity, and network resiliency
planning from a security and
infrastructure perspective
Collaborate with internal stakeholders
and vendors to assess risks,
implement security enhancements, and
drive continuous improvement in
network and security posture
Lead software development and
integration initiatives across enterprise
platforms
Oversee design, development, testing
and deployment of critical systems
Manage system integrations between
core applications, third-party platforms
and digital services
Design and manage system
integrations using REST/SOAP APIs,
Oracle/Microsoft Integration Cloud and
middleware platforms
Ensure scalability, security and
performance of enterprise software
solutions
Coordinate with business stakeholders,
vendors and management to deliver
strategic IT projects
Drive modemization and digital
transformation initiatives for regulatory
integration & compliance
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
Min, Bachelor’s degree in Computer
Science / Software Engineering or
Information Technology
Expert in Oracle Database, Oracle
APEX/Microsoft Azure, BI Reports
and Oracle/Microsoft VBCS
Age: up to 50 years as of Jan 25, 2026

Experience:
Minimum 6 years of professional IT /
software development & IT Operations
management experience including
team lead roles preferably in
insurance/ financial services sector
Proven expertise in designing.
developing, and managing enterprise-
level core applications & IT operations
Strong experience in system
integrations, enterprise architecture,
and scalable solution design
Qualification:
Min. Bachelor’s degree in Computer
Science / Software Engineering or
Information Technology
Relevant certifications such as
CCNPICCIE, CISSP, CISM, CEH, or
equivalent will be an added advantage
Age: up to 50 years as of Jan 25, 2026
Experience:
Minimum 6 years of experience in IT
Infrastructure, with strong focus on
Enterprise Networks and Information
Security, preferably within an
insurance or financial services sector
Experience of Strong technical
proficiency in Enterprise Networking,
(Switches / Routers/Wireless).
Firewalls, Network Security Solutions.
Microsoft AD, and Infrastructure
Security including team lead roles
preferably in insurance/banking sector
Experience leading technical teams
and managing large-scale network,
security, and infrastructure projects
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer
Science / Software Engineering or
Information Technology
Demonstrated ability to lead technical
teams, manage stakeholders, and
deliver mission-critical projects
Age: up to 45 years as of Jan 25, 2026
Experience: Minimum 8 years of
experience in life and/or health insurance/
Fintech/ digital banking operations with at
least 4 years in a managerial or
supervisory role.
