Qualification and Experience Required
• Minimum Part Qualified Professional Certification or MBA. Qualified
Professional Certification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
•Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in
compliance with IFRS and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data.
⚫ Financial Reporting to different regulatory to maintain the timely
compliance, including government regulatories.
Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
• Maintain strong internal financial controls and documentation.
• Assist in annual budget preparation and periodic forecasting.
Analyses of budget-to-actual results and highlight variances.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
⚫BBA or B.Com / Graduate / Bachelors of Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Able to execute procurement via E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System
(EPADS).
• Comprehensive working knowledge of Federal / Provincial
Government Public Procurement Regularity Authority (PPRA) Rules &
Regulations shall be preferred.
⚫ Considerable knowledge of contract laws, vendor management,
tender management.
• Considerable knowledge of managing and updating Inventory and
reporting. Generating Purchase Requisitions, Job Orders, Purchase
Orders.
