Company Overview: Our client, an independent public-sector entity operating within Pakistan’s
power sector, is mandated to ensure transparent, efficient, and reliable market and system
operations. In line with its strategic and operational requirements, the organization seeks to
appoint an experienced professional for the following role:

(CHRO)
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in
Human Resource Management,
Business Administration, Public
Administration or social
sciences from a reputed, HEC
recognized national or
international institution.
referably, advanced degree in a
relevant field, international
qualification, international
experience or membership of
professional HR organizations.
Experience
At least 20 years of relevant post-
qualification experience, including 3+
years in a senior executive leadership
role reporting directly to the head of HR
or CEO of a large public or private sector
organization.
Excellent communication, negotiation,
conflict resolution and leadership skills.
Proven track record of working in
teams, achieving management
objectives and maintaining effective
liaison with stakeholders.
Complies with the Fit and Proper
Criteria prescribed in Schedule IV of the
State Owned Enterprises (Governance
and Operations) Act, 2023.
Term and Compensation:

Contract Tenure: Initial appointment for 3 years, renewable based on performance under the
relevant provisions of the State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) (Governance and Operations) Act,
2023
Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience
Benefits: Performance incentives, health benefits, and other privileges as determined by the
Board
