CORRIGENDUM NOTICE-II
Reference is made to the Expression of Interest (EOI) Notice regarding the “Onboarding of an
International Consulting Firm for the Design and Implementation of the National Digital
Masterplan (NDM) for Pakistan”, bearing Notice No. PDA-001-26 and PID No. PID(1) 5340/25,
published in Daily Express Tribune, Daily Dunya, Daily Express, and Daily Nawa-i-Waqt on 03
and 04 January 2026, and also uploaded on the PDA and PPRA websites.
The original deadline for submission of EOIs was 05 February 2026, which falls on a public
holiday (Kashmir Day). In addition, several prospective bidders have requested an extension of
the submission deadline. Accordingly, it is hereby notified that the EOI submission deadline has
been extended as follows:
