Bidding shall be conducted under PPRA Rules, 2014 through National Competitive Bidding.
Bidding documents are available on e-PADS and the PPRA Punjab website, free of cost.
E-bid uploaded on e-PADS and the PPRA website on 24.01.2026, and after completion of the mandatory 15 days,
the tender shall be opened on 09 February 2026 at 11:30 A.M.
E-bids must be submitted online through e-PADS by 11:00 A.M. on 09 February 2026.
Original bid security (CDR/Pay Order) in favour of Director General, Punjab WASA must be submitted physically
before closing time.
Only e-bids submitted through e-PADS shall be accepted.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives at the notified place and time.
If the submission date falls on an official holiday, the next working day shall be treated as the closing date.
