REVIEW, TECHNICAL ADVISORY SERVICES AND
CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION OF CRICKET
STADIUM NEAR SECTOR D-12, ISLAMABAD”
CDA invites electronic proposals from Engineering Consultancy firms registered with
Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) / PCATP for year 2025-26, in Project Profile Codes
1201(i, vi, vii), 1204 (1 & ii), 1231, Service Codes 0518, 0531, 0532, 0536,0537,0538,0540,
& 0542 and registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department for the services “DESIGN
REVIEW, TECHNICAL ADVISORY SERVICES AND CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION OF
CRICKET STADIUM NEAR SECTOR D-12, ISLAMABAD”
2. Electronic RFP documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions is
available for the registered consultants on E-PADS at (www.eprocurement.gov.pk) and
www.ppra.gov.pk.
3. The electronic RFP documents prepared in accordance with the instructions in the RFP
documents, must be submitted through E-PADS on or before February 12, 2026 by
11:00 AM. Manual proposals shall not be accepted. The electronic RFP will be opened on
the same day through E-PADS on February 12, 2026 at 11:30 AM.
4. Notification of the GRC constituted in term of Rule-48 of Public Procurement Rules-
2004, is provided on E-PADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra.gov.pk.
