INVITATION FOR TENDER
Procurement/Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Integrated
Security systems/Equipment at NUMS-KHINAMS, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad
National University of Medical Sciences-(NUMS) invites electronic bids/ proposals from
reputable, competent and experienced firms/suppliers duly registered with relevant
registration and tax authorities for the Supply. Installation, Integration, Testing
Commissioning. Training and Post-Installation Support & Integrated Security Systems
Equipment at NUMS King Hamad Institute of Nursing and Allied Medical Sciences
(KHINAMS), Park Road, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad.
The scope covers campus-wide surveillance, access control, communication, Intrusion
detection, centralized monitoring and power backup security solutions across building
perimeters, rooftops, entry/exit points, hostels etc. Detail of specs are available in the Tender
documents.

In compliance with SRO 296(1)2023 dated 27 February 2023, Tender Bids must be submitted

BIDDING & SUBMISSION PROCEDURE:
The tender shall be processed in accordance with PPRA’s <Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bidders shall submit a separate hard copies of Technical Proposals and Financial Proposals as one single package. Initially, only Technical Proposals shall be opened and evaluated. Financial Proposals of technically qualified bidders/firms shall be opened on a later date and time, to be communicated officially properly. Late, incomplete emailed or faxed bids shall not be entertained. TENDER DOCUMENTS & SUBMISSION DETAILS: Tender documents are available upon submission of Pay Order! Demand Draft/ CDR of PKR 3,000/- (non-refundable) in favor of "NUMS", from the undermentioned office on any working day between Wednesday, 28 January 2026 till Tuesday, 17 February 2026, during office hours (0800-1600 hrs). Bid Security Earnest Money @2% (refundable) of the quoted bid price must be submitted in the form of CDR/Pay Order Demand Draft which shall be part of the Financial Proposal, (NUMS NTN#: 9010197-0) • Last Date & Time for Submission: Tuesday, 17 February 2026 at/before 1000 hours Opening of Technical Proposals: Tuesday, 17 February 2026 at before 1130 hours. • Venue: Conference Room, NUMS (ATR), Adiyala Road (Opposite APS Humayun Road) Rawalpindi TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1. Rates must be inclusive of all applicable federal provincial taxes and quoted in round figures. 2. Submission of the bid shall imply that the bidder is fully conversant with site conditions scope of work and tender requirements. 3. The firm must possess valid NTN & GST registration, company profile, and an undertaking of non-blacklisting by any Department Organization/Authority. 4. Submission of false, misleading, or unsubstantiated information shall result in disqualification and/or blacklisting. 5. NUMS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or to increase/decrease the scope of work, in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2004.
