NUMS INVITATION FOR TENDER
Establishment of MDS Rooms at NUMS-KHINAMS Campus, Chak Shahzad Islamabad
Sealed bids are invited from reputed and experienced Firms/Contractors/Dealers registered
with Income Tax and Sales Tax Authorities and listed as Active Taxpayers with FBR, for
the Establishment of MDS Faculty Rooms at KHINAMS, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad. This
advertisement is also available on PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk) and NUMS website
www.numspak.edu.pk).
Bidding Procedure:
The tender shall be conducted under Single Stage-Two Envelopes Procedure in
accordance with Rule 36(a) of PPRA Rules, 2004.
Each bid shall comprise two envelopes containing, separately, financial proposal and
technical proposal. All bids received shall be opened and evaluated in the manner
prescribed in the bidding document.
Tender Documents & Submission:
1. Complete specifications, terms & conditions are provided in the Tender
Documents, obtainable from the address below between 0800-1600 hrs, between
January 21st, 2026 (Wednesday) to February 10th, 2026 (Tuesday) on submission
of a Demand Draft/Pay Order of PKR 3,000/- (non-refundable) in favor of National
University of Medical Sciences.
2.A Bid Security @2% of the total bid price (refundable) in the form of Demand Draf/Pay
Order/CDR in favor of NUMS (NTN: 9010197-0) must accompany the bid.
3. The last date for submission of bids is Tuesday- February 10th, 2026, before 10:00 AM.
4. Bids will be opened publicly on same day at 10:30 AM in Confrence Room NUMS ATR
Building Near APS Girls Campus Humayoun Road Kachehri Chowk Rawalpindi, in
presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
5. Late, incomplete, faxed or emailed bids will not be entertained.
Terms & Conditions:
1. The bid envelope must be clearly marked as Technical & Financial Proposal –
Establishment of MDS Faculty Rooms at NUMS KHINAMS ChakShahzad Islamabad.
2. Rates must be quoted in PKR, inclusive of all applicable taxes and written in round figures.
3. The bidder must have a registered office in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, subject to inspection
by NUMS if required.
4. Bidders must submit a valid NTN & GST certificate, company profile and an undertaking
of not being blacklisted by any organization.
5. No advance payment will be made to the selected Contractor. Payment shall be released
only upon successful completion of work/Project
6. NUMS reserves the right to increase/decrease scope or accept/reject any or all bids
without assigning any reason, in accordance with PPRA Rule 33.
